Who is Dear Martini?
Dear Martini is a small, start-up company located in the San Francisco Bay Area.
We are two chefs, that love helping home cooks learn techniques to become successful in their own kitchens. We shoot and edit all our bite-size movies in our tiny kitchen studio located in an old macaroni factory in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Have a cooking technique that’s always confounded you? We are all about food, cooking and demystifying recipes. We’d love to hear from you– and have even been known to take requests! Any suggestions or ideas you have regarding specific cooking-related questions you have can be left for us in the COMMENTS section. We will do our best to answer your questions.
Why Dear Martini? It’s an anagram of our names Mia and Terri. It’s kind of a quirky name, but we love it because it expresses how we feel about cooking– it should be fun!
Cheers!
